Been finding coupons and using them on things that are already on sale to get things for free or next to it. Its amazing how many coupons you can get from the manufacturer just by going to their website or emailing them.

Plus there are all these rebate apps now that work with the coupons. I got fully reimbursed for buying some yogurt smoothies and today Im actually gonna get a $3 rebate on some sodas that will cost me less than a dollar thanks to a coupon.

Small victories.

Lol agreed.
I've been using Arby's coupons and have saved soo much money on delicious food.
A few weeks ago I would get like 6 Beef and Cheddar sandwiches with a coupon and wolf them all down.
I feel like going there after work tonight.

I get coupons in the mail for $1 off cold cuts or Snapple and use them when we shop but I haven't gotten anything for free.
Great job.

We have a site called HotUKDeals that's great for stuff like this as folk post freebies, sales and whatever they spot. Not sure if the USA has something like this.

Aha, a fellow Arbies couponer:)

I have about 300+ arbies coupons stored up lol. I don't go that often (maybe once a week) and get so many coupons each month I just keep storing more and more.

My arbies takes them no matter how old they are.

If I ever buy anything at full price, I have a gazzilion free onion rings/curly fries/shakes/cookies etc coupons (along with lava cakes etc that are not always available).

I never will pay more then $5 for 3 normal roast beef sandwiches either.

Sadly I have no coupons for my favorite thing from there, the Gyro, but at least I can get free fries/onion rings etc when I get one.

Arby's coupons freaking rock.

That being said the mc donalds app is pretty good, if you can stand their food. I can't, but you can get stuff really cheap using their app. A friend of mine usually gets about $6 worth of food for around $1 every day by using it lol.

What you're doing is actually a felony in my state. I don't personally care what you do, brother, I just know that we have to alert AP if someone attempts "coupon fraud", and they make a case about them and will ban them from the store, or worst case call the police. I think the law is one coupon per item per day (like if you buy 6 light bulbs, you can only use one coupon per day for one of the six, unless the coupon specifically says you get a deal on 6 of them). But that's just where I live, I don't think that's a nation wide thing.

I don't think anything would happen at my store with what TC is doing other than the cashier informing them you can't combine coupons, but if someone is trying to get $100 worth of groceries for $10, and they are getting angry with the cashier for not "forcing through" multiple coupons illegally, that's when management and AP usually get involved and will inform them the rules or ask them to leave, etc. while checking the camera footage for a face picture.

Coupon fraud is real but that's not coupon fraud. As long as the product on the coupon was the item sold, provided that the coupon is legit, the sales are legit.

Coupon fraud happens when you apply them to the wrong products, use fake coupons, or the retailer uses coupons to provide discounts for items that were not sold. using a coupon on sale items to pay very little is not fraud.

It is illegal coupon fraud to use more than one coupon per item in my state, and it violates the fine print. I literally work with AP everyday for this. But your last sentence is correct.

In Canada you can't double up on a coupon either but the cashiers just tell you no and that's that. The rebate apps are separate from coupons (they usually work by scanning your shopping receipt) so I don't see where the doubling is at play here.

I never use more than one coupon on any item. I dont think any stores would even allow that that I know about.

I do use Ibotta to get rebates on things after Ive used a coupon but Ibotta actually advertises that you can do this to save money and they get their rebates directly from the manufacturers so I doubt it is against the rules

In my area there are a couple stores with digital coupons. You go to the store website and click the coupons you want and it loads them onto your store card. They scan your store code when you check out and those digital coupons are deducted. Krogers and meijers.

Now if Krogers have a coupon for say frozen potatoes, you can use it five times in the same transaction but you would need five different types of those frozen potatoes...like hash browns, tater tots, cottage fries, crinkle cut, and curly fries.
