he had a cat from before they were dating and they adopted 3 cats together

apparently she told him to get rid of all the cats because she hates cats, hates him and he's the worst person ever.

this about the guy that gave her a come up by allowing her to quit her job to take stay at home and take care of her (not his) kids and work on her business. since she quit her job like 3 months ago she's made two pieces of jewelry. he still has to take her one kid to school and she's out all day with her mom/sister so he watches her daughter while he works from home.

they've been dating for like a year and moved in together after 3 months. they already have her 2 year old calling him daddy.

so he left with all his cats and is supposed to stay at my parents' til their lease expires and he's gonna pay their rent still. >_>

You can usually get out of a lease if they find someone else to take your place, sometimes there is a fee, but it's certainly less then paying rent for the rest of the lease (unless it's like 1 or 2 months left maybe).

he feels bad for the kids. i think there's 3 months left. he makes enough money he can afford to just pay it for them. he doesn't want to try to evict her or break their lease. so once it's up he said he's just gonna let her move back in with her mom.

but who knows? he has literally zero spine when it comes to women he's dating and i feel bad for him.

the younger kid's dad allegedly physically abused her so she left him but honestly idk if i believe her anymore.

if she's saying my brother is ruining her older kid's life because he won't pay for his charter school and is sending messages to my mom just saying "your son did something to my child and i'll never forgive him for it" i don't know how trustworthy she is when it turns out it's over a CHARTER SCHOOL TUITION. she made it seem like he beat or molested the kid.

i tried to do that so often with his last girlfriend and it effectively killed our relationship for years. i almost fought her in a parking lot at their apartment once even. like i tried to stand up for him and tell him the truth.

then i realized he doesn't want my advice or my opinion. he didn't want any conflict between us and his girlfriend even though she constantly provoked us. so we just stopped talking for 3 years or so until they finally broke up because she had cheated on him AGAIN and he had had an emotional affair with a girl online which led HER to break up with him. even though she cheated on him several times while he was faithful.

why do i know all this????? because no one has ANY privacy. damn. i don't want to be involved in all this fucking drama, dude.

so after all of that i do not offer any unwanted advice. he texted me when they fought last night but i was asleep and i texted him when i woke up and said "hey sorry i was sleeping are you okay?" and he said he was fine.

my mom told me all of this stuff.

i told him when we started talking again after his last relationship i will not offer any unsolicited advice to him about any girl he dates, i will not give my opinion on anything i see unless it's straight up abuse, and i wont come talk to him about anything mom talks to me about regarding his relationship.

and i do this so we can maintain a baseline relationship. he is still a total dick. we went out for my mom's birthday a couple weeks ago and i made a joke about his girlfriends in high school. he reamed into me about how he never had girlfriends and how he had a single girlfriend he lost his virginity to in 11th grade. when he had a 9th grade girlfriend when i was in 9th grade who had the locker next to me because of our last names. he took it too far talking about his virginity and THEN he blamed it on his girlfriend as to why he mad. because she HATES hearing about him ever having a relationship before her. and he just made me feel so bad about a joke about chicks he dated 12-15 years ago. it was crazy.

so in conclusion i would love to do that but he's not receptive and he will hold it against me

i don't think he is. he does not have any problems actually socializing. he's not deficient in social skills. he just got really emotionally stunted during a formative period in his life from my mom cheating on my dad and he has never been able to recover from it even though he's 30 now. we're talking about when he was 11 years old and i was 9.
