Maybe. Half of it sounds fun, while the other half sounds like the exact reasons I never wanted this franchise or ES to go multiplayer. I'll wait and see how the latter half of features actually pans out.

Not at all. It appears theyve went even further in the direction of Fallout 4, removing NPCs and implying all quests are simply you, on your own or in a group with other real players, fighting mobs of monsters to gather resources for crappy base management. Hard pass. The hardest of passes.
