It's a chronic condition and her doctor is just trying something new Retail pharmacy is the worst retail. No one is accusing you of playing God if you run out of dipping sauce. You aren't "trying to kill someone" by not taking back a TV. And despite it being a field that truly can be life and death, management still only really cares about loyalty programs and phone solicitations.
