Like you liftoff and realize that you're the only thing controlling whether or not you spin out into the darkness of space. Your rickety and frankly fragile-looking spaceship is all that's keeping you from the void.

This despite all the control you have of your ship and your EV suit.

Like I've never felt this when playing Star Wars.

Also, the dread in my heart that I know that more is out there. There's something greater out there and the biggest fear I have is basically a giant eye opening up in the void and staring at me.

I'm not good with scary games, is what I'm saying, even if the fear simply comes from the unknown.

I got used to it after a bit. Once I had about five minutes playing around, I really didn't think it was difficult. The game is actually more forgiving than I thought it'd be.

To not say too much, I've been exploring the near planets mostly. The Twins, Hearth, and Hollow.

I want to try Outer Wilds but I think it will just frustate me with it's puzzles and real non-linear exploration.

Hey I just had a thought.

*Not really, but a bit of a SPOILER* When your player reads Nomai text that refers to "he" or "she", how would they know what that refers to? The Hearthians are all one gender. Do they even have a concept of multiple genders? It'd make sense if there were two-gendered species in the solar system for them to observe, but the only other animal organisms are the anglerfish.
