In the past Ive always grilled just various steaks or burgers when it comes to beef, but lately Ive been grabbing short ribs from the store because theyve been available and the other cuts have been way too expensive

it turns out grilled short ribs are amazing though. Ive just been doing a dry rub on them and grilling them mid rare and theyve come out super tender and flavorful

at first I didnt really like the idea because theyre smaller than steaks but theyre easier to eat because you only have to slice one time across with your knife and youve got a bite of steak ready to be eaten, or you can quickly slice it all across beforehand

Dude I almost bought some as tri tip has been MIA lately and Rib eyes are like insanely expensive.

But I'm kinda scared to grill em. I've slow cooked em in the past and they were good, but am worried they are going to be tough if I try and grill em. I'll try now though thanks!!
