You probably bruised it pretty bad. If it causes problems with you walking or sharp pains you should definitely have a doctor look at it.

I've had friends that messed up their tailbone really bad skateboarding. You don't want it to be something serious.

I fell on my tailbone, and lost all feeling in my legs. I wasn't back to walking normally for a few days after that.

Back in middle school I sat down too fast without looking and the backrest part of the seat, which was made out of like I dunno marble, hit me right dead center on the tailbone. For the entire semester of school every time I took a dump and pushed to get the poop out I felt the most uncomfortable feeling ever on my tailbone, awful. I wish you a quick recovery man.
