honestly we shouldnt let it even get to the courts.

New GOP is too spineless to stop it. If it gets to Supreme Court, we have problems IMO

I would think that strict conservatives would be for the state's rights to handle the election any way they see fit.

States certify the results. If Georgia certifies Biden won you have to accept that. You could argue an error in the process (like Florida 2000) but you can't argue the process itself is wrong.

Conservatives have no values, they just want power. They don't care how they get it

Honestly, I don't see why she would. She got what she wanted, he can't do anything else for her. There's absolutely nothing to back up his claims and the party's already started turning against him.

One thing not many people are accounting for is that once mail in ballots in solid blue states like California come in, Biden is going to have a mammoth lead in the popular vote. No SCOTUS judge, however Red or however inclined to accept the technical grounds Trump's lawyers put before them, is going to support overturning that result. Maybe Thomas and Alito because they are hacks, but not sure about the others.

she would vote against him because she would be pro states rights and knows historically the elections were never decided/reported in one day. there's no precedent whatsoever for not accepting late votes by mail, which we've done for the military for years.

there's literally no basis for voting for trump, unless you believe these people would sacrifice any respect people have for them in their personal and professional life (FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES) for a president who has zero loyalty to them, and who is on the way out in the next four years. how could that possibly be worth it for them?

they have the senate and can check any far left legislation anyways. what do they have to gain? besides Trump as president, which pretty much no one on either side wants (they wanted the SCOTUS, which they got, so they got in bed with trump for that)

His lawsuit literally consists of "stop counting mailin votes because they're unfairly slanted towards my opponent"

I'd honestly be surprised if even Thomas sides with him if this goes to SCOTUS

The fact that he wants some states to keep counting and others to stop is utterly damning to any kind of legitimate reason he could try and come up with.

Even kavanaugh has cited against the Trump administration several times. Considering his belief in bush v gore as a precedent that would side with the Democrats.

There's enough uncertainty there to look into it, but it shouldn't touch SCOTUS if there's nothing substantial brought forward. Bias shouldn't dictate integrity. If there's tampering, then those people should pay. If there isn't, then Trump goes.

You can't just tell the Supreme Court to accept a random case you just made up. You need to got through the lower courts, you need evidence, you need a petition...

And even if it somehow goes to vote, half of the conservative justices at this point are moderates. Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch aren't risking their legacies over Trump. Not out of some sense of obligation.

It will get "near" because he's the president and can do it but it will be dismissed without review since the lower courts found no facts other than "you have no facts"

getting thrown out in lower courts isn't anywhere near the SCOTUS. And it would have to be on a state by state basis.

He's got a better chance at the faithless electors giving him the Presidency than the SCOTUS.

There isn't any case as of this moment that has a chance of going up there.

Not saying that's not going to change, but it's looking real bleak for the Trump campaign who is just starting to realize you need actual evidence to prove your claim.

Not saying the SCOTUS would side with Trump since I think what he is presenting is bullshit, but I doubt they would give a rats ass about the popular vote and personally, think they shouldn't. The SCOTUS is to rule on the laws we have signed into action, which is still the electoral college.
