I don't think you can burn 2200 calories in an hour even at full sprint.

Why?

Because nobody can full-out run for an hour straight. Jog, sure. Ive done three miles in twenty-one minutes and I was beaten by the end of it. Also, it doesnt burn that many calories, so Id like to know what else he does. Thats an awful lot of calorie-burning.

Yeah if I were to update the weight to 145 (bmi 22) then that would be 1711 TDEE. So 1600~ fits there.

That's still not 1800-2000.

With running alone you would have to run for 18 miles give or take a bit to burn 2000 calories. Now if it is a full speed sprint then you probably burn it faster, but even the greatest sprinters on earth don't run for more than a few 100 meters in a sprint.

Lots of blueberry muffins (homemade), hashbrowns, eggs, some bananas, a sandwich, a chicken quesadilla from Rubio's, and a medium chocolate devotion from Cold Stone. At least that's what I remember of that day.

huh you know what, I assumed someone at a shorter height but similar weight would have a smaller TDEE but doesn't seem so , looks like it's higher. So I do stand corrected, though it still seems off.

This link
https://health.gov/our-work/food-nutrition/2015-2020-dietary-guidelines/guidelines/appendix-2/

Said the reference was "woman is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 126 pounds."

https://tdeecalculator.net/result.php?s=imperial&g=male&age=30&lbs=124&in=64&act=1.2&f=1

It still seems a bit off, but not as off as I thought.

Factually false. You do burn calories just blinking, yes, but not that many. I would say a fraction of the number one per blink. You would have to forcefully blink until you had an eyelid problem to burn anything worthy of talking about.

Nobody can run full-sprint for an hour. Prove me wrong. If you can, Ill show you a human with knee problems and a wheel chair in their future.

There is a lot more the body does even when sitting beyond blinking, you have a heart pumping blood, you have a brain thinking, you have a stomach processing and digesting food, etc... This is why a human needs to eat, even if you sit in one spot for 24 hours straight the body will still be doing plenty of stuff. Blinking is probably the least calorie burning thing our body does that needs to on a daily basis.

A base metabolism varies from person to person depending on numerous factors (genes, height and current weight, ratio of muscle and fat, dietary habits, etc.). For the average, healthy person, it might be in the 1400-1600 range to eat that many calories and retain the same weight without exercising.

maybe, but the average is a bit higher than that. an average person who is moderately active burns roughly 2600 calories a day.
