The really bad CGI stands out so it gets a bad rep, but the really good CGI with just nice little bits here and there isn't even noticed, but it looks nice. Lots of people get plastic surgery. Good ones you don't know it. Some jobs are really botched and that gets a lot of attention and biases a dialogue around it in general. You look great, it looks natural.
