It seems like most people say cement or concrete when they're talking about concrete. Without looking it up, do you guys know the difference between the two?

I only learned because a mate of mine had the word concrete in a word guessing game and got his other m8 to guess it correctly by saying you get it when you mix aggregate and cement.

at least i think that's how it went

i actually don't know, i have that burned into my head but it could be a false memory
