There is a sex and a city episode (hey, I was married) called Rabbit or something like that where charlette gets her first vibrator and basically locks herself in her apartment for a month going at it non-stop. Totally could happen, so yeah that is a dildo/vibrator, but people get addicted to sex as well, and it can disrupt their lives etc. So a mental disorder with dicks in it!!
