You're walking along one morning when you see a guy passed out on a park bench. He reeks of pot and cheap beer. He's surrounded by beer bottles, is wearing dirty clothes, was clearly up all night, has pissed himself and is making the most atrocious moaning and groaning noises as he shifts uncomfortably in a restless sleep.

You give him a wide berth and go about your day.

Later you collaspe in agony and are unable to do anything. You're rushed to hospital and spend the night there.

The next day a nurse tells you that you need emergency surgery to remove your gallbladder and the lead surgeon Dr Weedlow will explain the procedure he has to perform.

Dr Weedlow enters the room and starts explaining what a Cholecystectomy is when suddenly you realize as he is talking, he's the same dude you saw drugged out on the bench yesterday! He's just cleaned himself up.

I request a different surgeon, since based on the amount he had to drink, he would not have metabolised it all and would still technically be under the influence. And therefore unfit to operate.
