Back in the old GameFAQS days this would be considered a moddable offense because the subject has nothing to do with the topic title.

Now GameFAQs is just happy that this site still has some web traffic. I'm glad ridiculous rules like this went out the window.

I agree. Perhaps it was those same rules that contributed to the declining traffic.

But mods can still be dumb. Like a couple of years ago when I asked a question on the Titanfall 2 message board, and abbreviated TitanFall2 into TF2. I was modded because... Off Topic Posting; Questions about Team Fortress 2 need to be asked on its own board.
