So I'll just post the gist of it.(since if I copy and paste what they said you can Google it and find it easily) So this girl is going to go on a trip with her bestie in like a year to Disney World, but she doesn't have enough saved up. So she's needing 3k to boost her savings to be able to fund her trip and pay her bills while she's on this bestie vacation. Is this kind of thing common nowadays? Like WTF, why would you even plan a trip if you can't afford it? I know people need time off and she wants to spend time with her bestie, but why can't she just plan a cheaper trip instead of asking for handouts? I'd be pretty embarrassed to ask for something like this. Look, if employers arent going to pay a living wage, then naturally people are going to have to turn to alternate revenue sources in order to supplement their income and raise it to the levels that real living requires. Back when Ron Paul was running for President, he said that Libertarians and Conservatives didnt want to abolish warfare or charity, they just wanted it to be handled by the private sector rather than the public sector. I guess we can thank assholes like you for proving him wrong and demonstrating that abolishing welfare and charity entirely was in fact your real aim all along, and the claim that you only opposed public funding by taxation was in fact a lie.
