I mean Joey lost his stars right? and Yugi took his out and gave some to Joey?

So you can do that, there's no mechanism built into arenas.

So win/lose or draw couldn't like Bandit Keith who is a large adult man just beat the shit out of Yugi and Joey and that other guy whose name I forget in the cave and stolen all their stars?

I mean we know Keith isn't above cheating, he tried to cheat in the Semi-finals and flat out attempted to murder Pegasus with a gun.

I'm not saying I wanted to see him punt a bunch of kids heads like footballs but I just feel like if he wanted those stars, he could just take them. What could have the kids have done to stop him?

Like Mike Tyson said, heart of the cards doesn't really count once you've been punched in the mouth.

They just didn't bother translating the first season into English because it was shit.

Once they realized they could use it get kids hooked on a shitty card game, then they translated it.

He wasn't even invited to the tournament actually. Yugi gave him a star chip so he could duel for a crap ton of money for his sister's eye exam.

You want to use an example, use Tea somehow beating a veteran duelist despite not being a pro, or a participant, to give Yugi enough stars to enter the mansion

There was nothing stopping people from cheating. You're asking why Bandit Keith didn't just rob people of their star chips, but that's exactly what he did. When Joey beat the kid with the zombie deck, Keith mugged his own lackeys and stole their chips.

He also sealed the cave shut, trapping the main group, which was an obvious murder attempt. And even ignoring him, there was also just no food on the island. The main group only survives because Mako Tsunami catches fish for them.

Pegasus did not give a fuck.
