I get that around Christmas time. Basically the same time my parents got divorced, and usually the most obvious time when I start to think most of my family is dead or soon to be dead.

Thanksgiving is the time I wish I DIDN'T have to spend with family.

Been like that for my mom and I during the holidays. My dad died in 2018, my uncle died in 2019. My pet donkey who I truly loved died this year. Im only going to enjoy hot chocolate and pretty lights this year. (Wish we had that electric Ford pickup. Could plug Christmas lights into that!)

I usually start hitting the Vitamin D supplements hard at the end of August, and so far, this year the seasonal depression came 3 weeks later than usual.
