I cant recall any times Ive seen you be mean to others but I know that you are targeted by some users here, I think they are unfairly judging you

I dont mean to cause this kind of trouble. Im not trying to be funny when I say that. I recognize some patterns in my behavior and I am step by step getting better at adjusting them.

Im not all the way there yet but I think that this whole DBT thing is supposed to be pretty effective to actually correct whatever this nebulous disease is in my mind. Im optimistic that I can be better.
