Also it's really cool that they're refunding everything but also crazy (though not surprising) that they just have that much cash at hand to do that. We're pretty much already there with games being mostly digital format, publishers pushing and relying on more subscription services for games, forced online connections and mtx's becoming more and more common. And as cloud gaming is useless when the servers are shut down, most people were unwilling to buy games on a service that they expected to be shut down.
