I was literally evaluated on lies my coworkers told. It didn't matter that I was right, only that people didn't like that i wouldn't write paragraphs of fluff to suck their dick when solving problems for them.

people would throw a fit if there was a KPI off but when it came time to evaluate me and my KPIs were stellar, they didn't seem to matter.

What do you hate most about corporate culture?

I detest the practically standardized propensity of certain industries to adopt "progressive/inclusive" measures in both marketing and workplace conduct, only to later witness internal higher ups flat out admit they were only pushing it for consumer optics and liability with little to no regard to actual moral value.

I and plenty of other gay people are reminded of the concept after June 30th...

Yep.
And a worker having bad KPIs doesn't automatically mean they're a bad worker, they might just excel in different (valuable) areas.

Bullshit inclusivity (e.g., hire more women, hire more minorities, etc., instead of focusing on merits), and bureaucracy (e.g., I cant give you a promotion because of policies).

Number/metric goals.
A good example would be gamestop.
Some KPIs they track are membership cards sold and game warranties.

If you're under 50% warranty attach rate (sell 300 games, need to sell 150 warranties) consistently, your hours will be cut.
Same with membership cards, preorders, etc.
