oh, it's a movie? interesting

i guess teenager in this context is on the 13 year old side of things, they're very childish. but everything else looked pretty decent, considering the terrible adaptations that have appeared of the turtles anyway.

it's good enough for me though, i'll watch it

Why are more studios doing this faux stop motion stuff? It diminishes actual stop motion.

Maybe I'm missing something, but is Shredder the main villain for this movie?

Maybe the reason the Turtles are younger is because they want to establish Shredder as their "big boy" threat

Maybe the reason the Turtles are younger is because they want to establish Shredder as their "big boy" threat

He wasn't in the cast list, so I'm guessing Stockman is the main villain, with Shredder being saved for a sequel, maybe a tease at the end. But that's just my hypothesis.

I looked it up, and the leak was for an upcoming TMNT comic (The Last Ronin) where, in the end, the original turtles are dead and 4 new turtles replace them.

You can imagine why I was curious as to whether that leak was for this movie.

Loving the style. And despite it making sense....the casting just feels weird. Hearing what appears to be a 12 year old's voice coming out of Raph's mouth feels just off.
