Work's not too exciting today, so I've been reviewing flavor text for equipment in Elden Ring.

Sometimes I want to go back to SMT Demon Compendiums and look at all the demons and their lore.

I'm a bit of a lore fiend.

i like reading/watching horror game lore especially

If you count table top games, I'm definitely one of that massive chunk of people that have pretty much only seen Warhammer through the books/lore. I've never even watched a real take played, let alone bought the minis.

I go through phases. I watched more than a few Zelda lore videos during the wait for TotK, and got into 40K lore stuff a couple years back for a bit, but not for the most part.

The cool thing about smt demons, its all (mostly) based on real mythology.

I pretty much learned Bloodborne's entire lore from A to Z because the world, characters, monsters, and the atmosphere were all so terrifying and compelling, and I dig horror.

Didn't feel quite the same about DS or ER except when it came to corruption angles and apocalyptic themes.

I read The Witcher lore because I had no idea why The Hunt was going around jacking with people. So I went down that rabbit hole.

Rarely. I really have to be into it. Morrowind was the first time I ever did a deep dive.

BB is probably the best package of lore out of the FromSoft fare. It's a fair bit, but not too much and most things maintain connection with others. Obviously there's a ton of stuff in Elden Ring, and it can feel kinda scattered and random sometimes.
