Not only that, but the cult's leader is trying to force a very unwanted pregnancy upon her. And if, at the end of the game, you don't have her abort the full-term fetus with a special drug, she dies giving birth to it. The cult leader celebrates the birth while not giving one single solitary shit about the young woman who just died in front of her.
