I think they are. Some of them are more egregious in this regard (some of the acting can be pretty bad), but I think they're all staged. Someone this annoying would have been beaten up very easily by someone having a bad day. Every time someone does seem like they're about to run him down, they back off at the last second. That doesn't happen in real life.

Yeah I don't think Cart Narc is staging these encounters, but he most likely filter, by picking and choosing, his interactions and annoys them enough to get a certain "response" out of them. That's what a lot of these youtubers who don't "fake their pranks" do. Do something enough to get a rise out of the person to fish out a reaction to make an "exciting" video, but not soo much you get can yourself into a lawsuit for. Apparently my friend said that he listens to the Woody Allen show a lot and there was an incident where he almost got shot by some dude in Texas.

With how gun crazy some people are, I'm actually surprised he hasn't been shot at before. People have been shot at over something as small as giving someone the middle finger. And he's over here harassing people and throwing shit at their cars.

Honestly, when I saw that topic I noticed most of the people okay with the sexual harassment Cart Narc was doing was from shit posters, which may or may not have a correlation with the Cart Narc fanbase.
