I hated being a tech for CVS shit was draining.

I believe it watching the workers at my local pharmacies. They're often understaffed and overworked.

Yep,the corpos have really screwed pharmacies to hell and back. It's not unusual for me to have to go as much as a week without being able to get my meds filled.

Literally every tech and pharmacist from a CVS or Walgreens that I speak to on the phone sounds dead inside. Not even the illusion of happiness exists anymore.

And these are the places that handle the vast majority of prescriptions in the country. This is how much the people in charge care about the patient and the employee.

I'll try to post some passages from the article once I'm home and can really pour over it.

I am getting angry just looking at it. I hate CVS with every fiber of my being.

I should be shocked, but at this point, just wearily depressed at how the likes of CVS is still in business.
Or at the very least, how the same damn execs are still lording over things.

I have to call pharmacies every day for work. Usually the pharmacists themselves seem okay, but the techs always sound like they're on the verge of tears. Like every other person that calls them must scream at them or something.

Yeah, I'll sit on hold for an hour. Idgaf, you'll get to me when you can. I'll do other stuff while I wait. You dont know the answer to my question? Nbd, I'll call the insurance company and make them explain. You accidentally sent me a fax that doesn't make sense? Who gives a fuck. I'll just mark it as resolved and my metrics go up for doing less work

I cant wait to read this as someone who has worked in these in these pharmacies. I just dont have time right now

Haidar, who now leads a different team, told USA TODAY the recordings must have been altered and that he never threatened staff with discipline for falling short of vaccination goals. He also said they are not an accurate depiction of his leadership. When asked if he would like to listen to the recordings, Haidar declined.

Literally everything out of the mouth's of the corpos is lies. They have been lying in every statement in every article I've seen recently on these pharmacy strikes and unrest.

They keep saying shit like "Despite the issues, we remain committed to patients. We make all of our decisions in the best interest of patients and their health."
