Hmm kids with no rights whatsoever being watched over by people who think of them as less than animals who answer to a government that backs them, excuses their crimes and they don't even have to tell the government everything they do. I'm sure those kids aren't going to be abused in the worst ways humanity thinks of and if they do I'm totally sure people won't just shift the blame to the kids themselves or their parents and go about their day.
