Took half a sick day today. I wasn't sick per se, just didn't feel "mentally well"...meaning I just didn't have the motivation to actually do any work, plus I was kinda sore and tired still from the previous days workout.
I came home and have been relaxing it up ever since. I made me some lunch and watched "Predators". Then I took a little nap. I checked ebay and had sold my Lightning DLC costume code for $20. So, I took care of getting that sent off. I am currently downloading Final Fight Double Impact. Since its on sale, its only 400 points and thats exactly how much I just laying around in my account.
I've also cleaned house some. It has "zen" like qualities and I feel better after doing it.
Just trying to decide if I spend anytime studying my SQE Software testing guide since I have a 3 day class on it next week followed by a test to get my ISTQB certification. Maybe I read it for an hour. That should be a good start. I don't read fast and it has over 400 pages I think, so I should start soon.

Picked up a Little Big Planet GOTY edition + PS3 Controller bundle, Sonic Ultimate Collection and ZHP Unlosing Ranger yesterday. The wife is liking LBP and that makes me happy. I've also started playing Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga too. It's kinda meh so far. The graphics are pretty crappy and the physics are a little weird. However, the story and voice acting are actually kind of intriguing. And for whatever reason, it reminds me of when I played through Fable I.
Gotta get some more Dissidia in.

For once, SyFy has awesome stuff on TV. The Odyssey (the best book ever) was awesome, and I'm currently watching Jules Verne's Mystery Island. Patrick Stewart > God, Gandhi, John Morrison, me, Jesus, Mike Tyson, and you.

OMG STRIFE, I watched both of those as well! Loved the Odyssey. I remember when it first came out, I believe it was a big tv event and we just so happened to be reading about it in English class. I am pretty sure we watched it in class as well.

I always felt such emotion for Calypso, knowing all she did for Odysseus. I've never been one for true love/marriage/fatherhood. The lure of eternal life seems too damn good to pass up. By that point, Odysseus was too far gone to turn back though.

Have any of you played League of Legends before. It's a free online game that a few of my friends wanted me to play... Wonder if any of you played as well..

I lost gfaqs9 access on May 28, 2008 GrandFool: The boards without gfaq9 would be horrible.
I sent back Blue Dragon this afternoon. After three weeks of "trying" to like it, I just gave up. Having already sent back 3D Dot Game Heroes due to game freezes, it looks like I'll be receiving Fable III.
The tally for not receiving FN: Champion, DKC Returns, James Bond Blood Stone, and Lords of Shadow reaches SIX ******* MONTHS! I'll probably get Catherine before then, and that's not out until JULY!

Wife is a Registered Nurse. Yes, I got your message as well. I don't know how it could be a bad thing, but whatever. I will stick to tangible items I suppose.
Mega, my brother plays a free online MMORPG called Champions. He is really liking it. I have a backlog that can't afford having an MMORPG included so I don't play them.

Hell no: FFXIII was a terrible movie, with no clear main character. It's pretty hard to feel attached to a main when all the focus is on some whiny dip**** and his mommy issues.
"She left me."
OF COURSE SHE DID YOU STUPID **** NOW GET OFF YOUR ASS AND FOLLOW HER!
It didn't help that the battles were neverending, never engaging (hey let's make an already CPU based battle system MORE AI controlled...that will make the player love walking around), the game was TOO damn long, given the material (6 hours of cinematics, 55 hours of battles...nothing else), and oh, that stupid **** I previously mentioned. May he die in a raging nuclear firestorm that sears his flesh and make his screams all the more bloody and frightful. Both he and the people who made him deserve to die for ruining an experience that was already boring to begin with.
XIII was the first FF game I quit halfway through; that should be enough persuasion to condemn it to the bowels of gaming hell.

Keep pushing Strife and it will be over in no time.
I passed that test. It sucked, but I am glad I passed. Now I can just stress over the work that I need to do instead of this stupid test. =)
Yearly review Friday at work as well. I am hoping for a promotion, but I guess I will settle for a standard cost of living raise like I always do. I'll keep you all posted though.
Just put in like 3 hours on Dissidia. Got over 700 KP in one of these gates. It were nice.
