Kuwabara is pretty funny. YYH is a fun series to watch. I did a marathon of it not too long ago. I think it took me a little over a week or two to get through every episode. I would marathon Bleach, but I just watch the dubs on a weekly basis.

ooo Pez Dispenser Soul Extraction Candy! But I actually liked the idea that Ichigo could only come out of his body if Rukia was there. Mod Soul Ichigo? Very cool but this is episode 6. Seems a bit early for his bottom to be stolen.

Soooo, I just realized that since I'm watching this subtitled that I don't NEED to have sound on for viewing, although that would be nice too, so I can watch these at my office during lunch. I wonder if Streaming Netflix is blocked by my company like every other website known to man. We're gunna find out today!!!!

I'm surprised GameFAQs isn't blocked there.

When I worked in an office, GameFAQs was always blocked. For a while I could get to stuff like oraclechallenge.com and then even that was blocked. I think they started just filtering for anything with "game" anywhere on the page.

I am also quite surprised by this. Of course the way my computer is running this morning I don't think i'd even be able to get an episode to load let alone play without constant hiccups. So forget that. We'll see how far my attention span allows me to get tonight, I'd like to watch 2 or 3 when i get home.

while i think its too early for body abduction I do like that premise.

Before I talk much about the Bleach I should probably mention that I only watched the anime until Soul Society arc, then I switched to the manga.

It is still the only Shonen I have ever flat out given up on.

Just finished the first episode. I'm reminded of Yu Yu Hakusho a bit with the whole spirit energy thing.

The whole series reeks of a bad YYH rip. Especially the first few arcs. It finally decides to take a different angle later in the series.

Never ended up watching any last night, so since I'm up early enough its Episode time.

Episode 7: I like that they put the mod-soul in the TeddyBear Lion thing. I was wondering when that thing would show up in an episode other than in Rukia's drawings. A little ridiculous that the mod-soul goes from hating people and wanting to run free with Ichigo's body just to turn around 5 seconds later and try to protect the kids. And the anniversary of Ichigo's mom is coming, why do i get the feeling she is in "Spirit World" and we'll be seeing her soon?

Episodes 8 & 9: Hey! Mom saved the day, sorta. "Touching" story with Ichigo and his mother. Angler Fish Hollow totally looked like a Rodent of Unusual Size. So Mom dies to save little Ichigo turns out it was the hollow. Ichigo fights Hollow on mom death anniversary. Ichigo gets beat up and then Hollow runs away, productive 2 parter. Oh and that other guy that was from Rukias school, he'll show up again I'm sure.

Crunchyroll legally streams Bleach so you could always watch it there. I don't know when they picked it up though so I don't know how many episodes they have.

Episode 11: Ichigo's classmate that wears glasses can make a Spirit Bow and kill Hollows opposed to help them cross over. For some reason he hates Soul Reapers, I may have missed why.

Not sure if they started it right away, but during the previews of the next episode, the stuff that they say tend to all be jokes. Sometimes lining up with what's on screen, sometimes not.



Don't mind all the haters, Bleach is fun times. It does have problems later on but don't worry about that now.

Episode 12: Guy with the bow and arrow is a douche. Chad is AWESOME! I love his arm. I'm still really irritated that he looks like he's 35 and one of the "kids" he was hanging out with looked like he totally had facial hair... >_>
Oh and big swirly vortex spewing hordes of hollows? Why do i constantly feel like this show is YYH.

Yu Yu Hakusho handled characters better than just about any shounen battle series I can think of. Pretty much all of the characters got quite a bit of focus. It's rare to see that type of thing now. In some of them you'll go a year or two without even seeing some characters.

Episode 13: The Hollows that Ishida summoned are still having their way with the town while Ishida and Ichigo are running around trying to kill'm all. Orihime is attacked by a Hollow that's taking control of all the other students bodies since the Hollow hates to be violent. Thats when Orihime finds out that she has a group of airborne fairies that protects her. 0_o

Seems like every episode we find out someone else with super awesome spirit powers.

Episode 14: Backstory! We find out why Ishida is such an ass and hates the Soul Reapers. His people were destroyed by the Soul Reapers beacuse they were destroying the balance of the world and then the Soul Reapers let Ishida's father die by not coming to his rescue when he needed help against Demons. yadda yadda yadda. Hey lets team up and kill a giant Demon.

I lied...The part it's at now just a bad rip of the beginning of the Sensui arc. Which I just realized. The similarities throughout(the whole series) is quite amazing.

Episode 15: Kon runs away to get better treatment since Ichigo is a jerk to him. Kon does not have better luck with others. Rukia runs off to protect Ichigo from Soul Reaper Hunters. an ok episode.

Episode 16 & 17: Rukia has run off and is approached by the Soul Society Hunters which consists of a crazy guy with red hair whose name I forget and her older brother. Rukia is about to get killed, Ishida shows up out of the blue and tries to protect her only to get himself cut. Kon is tied up to a toilet and Ichigo eventually discovers him while peeing, Kon tells Ichigo whats up. Ichigo to the rescue! Fight fight fight, Ichigo almost dies. Rukia agrees to leave after telling Ichigo not to touch her brother. a Weird moment.
Best part of Episode 17, the next time scenes hosted by crazy red hair guy.

Also, i didn't think I would ever say this, but the First Ending Credits Song, I miss it. Not as big a fan of the second one and the first one really grew on me. I've never felt this empty before....

Episode 18 & 19: Rukia in Soul Jail, Ichigo back at school and no one remembers Rukia?!?!? Whats going on around here? So Ichigo goes to the Shop Keeper to get his help in rescusing Rukia. Lesson 1, fight the little girl that hangs out with the Shop Keeper. <3 her. She is awesome. Lesson 2, die. Awesome. The Big Muscley guy with the Shop Keeper reminds me of Armstrong from FMA. I may have looked away when the Black Cat showed up to start training Chad and Orihime, that was a bit confusing. OH! And when Ichigo finally turns into a Soul Reaper, really wanted him to keep that hollow mask. Oh well.
