1962 is in a pose specifically designed to enhance the appearance of the breasts so you can't really say for sure how much curvier she is than 2011. Likewise, 2011 is seen in sideview so we have no idea of her full figure, just that she's thinner in the upper body region.

1962's a blonde and I'm not really into blondes, like a previous poster said. And both are drenched in makeup, which is a turn-off for me, but it's more visible on the 2011 one.

I think 2011 would be more attractive without all the makeup.

The make up for 11 is the real killer, but I've also never been a fan of that facial structure either.

2011 is anorexic judging by the second link posted.

In this very particular case, yes the 1962 Miss USA is more attractive, to me. But I don't think that means much and I think all that talk about beauty standards going down is a bunch of baloney (although it is true that they have changed, to an extent). I'm sure we could find another pair to compare where many would find the more recent beauty more attractive. I think this example was really kind of "stacking" it.

See even now there's a good percentage of people who prefer the recent one. There's actually some people who would argue they've been brainwashed by the recent shift in standards, and that's what I find ridiculous. Social standards are only one factor in the complex makeup of sexual preference. Specially in such a varied society as ours.
