I can't think of any keys on the keyboard that you can't hit with Shift.

hit the shift button and the other key that has a plus sign in the row of numbers up top? next to minus, underscore and backspace... above your [ ] and { }

Left-shift with one hand. + with the other. Although + is a shift symbol, so it's actually =. Does Shift and = not work?

Nah, it's a command for a program that requires shift+. Just holding shift and pressing = doesn't work, since shift+ is required.

I'd suggest just running a quick google and remap your caps lock key or something you don't use to plus. Fairly easy to do.

The menu key, almost unanimously amongst keyboard manufacturers, is going to be integrated into the print screen key.

I had a recurring dream once.

I still don't like how the F keys are starting to become function keys by default.

On my netbook I end up pressing F5 like 4 times until I realize that, by default, that key is the "skip back" button, and to actually hit F5 I have to hold the 'F' button and press it. I mean, I never really hit any F key other than F5...but it's still annoying.
