What the hell is wrong with these dwarves they don't even have beards. Look like halflings to me.

Fili and Kili were the youngest dwarves to go on that quest so that at least partially explains the weak beards, although I didn't think they were truly that young and I would definitely expect more than that.

Of course, their beards are also supposed to be yellow.

At the very least, when you have like 12 different dwarves without particularly distinct characters, you need to make them look recognizable.

According to the appendix at the end of Lord of the Rings, Fili and Kili were in their 60s and 70s. That sounds old, but for dwarves they were still minors. Like "teenaged" dwarves
