I had a bad experience with courtesy flushing one time. I've never done it since.


I also like to be as loud as possible in the sound area if someone is in the stall next to me.

If I am in the bathroom and someone else is too and they are talking on their cell phone I will flush non-stop.

Flushing during the dump itself to reduce the impact (sound and smell) on other people in the restroom.

same here
if its a house washroom, I might flush during to prevent the toilet from plugging/overflowing, but not public washrooms since they have stronger flushes
