That's precisely why nobody likes X-Factor. Capcom seemed to think that because people loved come from behind victories, they'd make it a game mechanic. Which is fine in the way the Ultras aren't game breaking, but it cheapens comebacks and the game as a whole. Nobody would be on their feet for Justin Wong if Cyclops had level 3 X-Factor active all the way back in MvC2.
