I've only seen a few (Hero, House of Flying Daggers, Curse of the Golden Flower) but I really enjoyed all of them, and it'd be cool to see more in the same sort of style.

Red Cliff, Shaolin Soccer, and Kung Fu Hustle.

Ip Man, Red Cliff, The Lost Bladesman, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Fearless, Fist of Legend.
Also, while they may not be martial arts / epic movies, you should check out Zhang Yimou's other movies. He directed all the ones you listed, and his stuff from the 90s is really good, though again they aren't martial art films. -- Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. ... Copied to Clipboard!
