it's like I said before. Even though DIRTY tackling is a foul, tackling is not. Intentional, non intentional (body flailing) are always fouls for handballs. The only time a handball is not a foul is if you never acted and it was shot right at it and you're stationary or your hands are to your side. A handball is ALWAYS a foul if you've done something a wrong, a tackle is not since sometimes a tackle can be right, whereas a handball can never be right and the only time it is "right" is if it isn't really a handball since the ball was shot at your hand.
But we're talking about deliberately breaking the rules here. Yeah you can accidentally foul someone when genuinely trying to get the ball, but that's not what we're talking about.
Look back at what I said earlier: If you deliberately break the rules, the only thing that matters after that is the severity of the punishment (in this case they were the same).
You say a handball is ALWAYS a foul, I say a deliberately bad "tackle" is ALWAYS a foul.

Obviously ATH will answer it that way.

The US could have lost 15-0 and every American commentator would still say that the USA lost it more than Japan won it.
USA lost a game they should've won, today, and I'm pretty stoked for Japan in all honesty. They play some exceptional football and they deserved it as a country.
Broken up at the seventieth minute by an excellent Harry Potter movie, and then again when the DVR recording stopped just before penalty kicks, but an excellent game.
GG Japan.

A GLORIOUS victory for Japan. Man, what an amazing game, 100000000% deserved victory. It looked all but over, but they never gave up! Going into the penalties after that amazing equaliser, I was positive they'd win it. And they did! :)
