Alleged, she denies the incident entirely from the article I read. I just googled this when I got home as a reference. The hypocrisy of it is delicious.

Maybe it wouldn't be a he said-she said situation if someone had recorded the altercation but they claim it's unlawful to tape the TSA molesting people.

B) By sacrificing our freedoms and dignity in this manner, we are letting the terrorists win. We are moving more towards a totalitarian police state(you would love this) as a result of our fear of being blown up.

hypocrisy? regardless of whether you like the TSA or not, this is far from hypocrisy. it's their JOB to keep airports secure, however inappropriately you think they're doing it.

EDIT: i am completely neutral about the TSA. i don't give a crap about them. but if you're going to complain about them, at least have good reason.

This is like saying don't blame a hooker for being filthy and potentially diseased because it's their job. People have a choice in their line of work, no one is forced to go out and be a professional perv.

I'm not sure how reasonable security measures is "letting the terrorists win," but okay. If you really believe that pat-downs and random searches constitutes a violation of American principles !! or whatever, then I guess you have a right to be upset.

But to be clear, this *isn't* hypocritical. That'd be like saying it's "hypocritical" for a police officer to be allowed to shoot a criminal and not a regular citizen.
