I heard Nintendo made some kind of announcement earlier today; good news or bad news?

Either way, I find it hilarious that other branches of Nintendo are rubbing it in NoA's face. NoE pushing up the release date AND promoting a sweet boxed set? Awesome. To be honest, all of this controversy has generated a lot of interest, and I'd definitely purchase the game now if it was released over here.

I think this whole Xenoblade debacle is just a way of boosting NoE's rep. In past years, those guys have been terrible; they've snubbed WarioWare: Twisted, Electroplankton and countless other great titles. Now, though, they're getting their time in the sun thanks to the Xenoblade hype.

I think NoA will release it eventually - they'd be bloody stupid not to. Last time I checked, they liked making money...!

I might be willing to buy into this if it gives us some hope! Seriously though, Xenoblade is easily the best game graphically on the Wii (excluding maybe the Galaxy games), it'd be an easy contender for best RPG on the system (and, from second hand reports, this gen), and there's really no reason not to release it.

NoA what

If you're asking about recent news, today Operation Rainfall has been receiving replies from their mass snailmail campaign.

They're getting standard "no plans of coming yet" replies.
