6-2 was fine when I realized that stepping on bomb blocks when I could easily avoid them was a terrible idea. It didn't go terribly smoothly after, but I did eventually get the hang of it.

This is mindbogglingly frustrating. I know that I'm not the greatest at puzzles games, but holy crap, do I suck at this. I guess the only good news is that pillows give 2 lives(at least on normal difficulty), and I was accidentally farming them because I couldn't get past a spot.

Chasers are more annoying than hard, only because it forces you to make moves at a much faster pace, while occasionally dodging a stupid attack.

Yeah, the thing with 6-2 was really just being very careful about the bombs. There are tons of bombs and it's possible to avoid most of them.

I actually don't remember if I'm on 6-2 or 6-3. Last one I did was indeed heavy on the bombs.

If you're making a pyramid and a bomb's in the middle of it, shove it to where it's covered and hang around it. Works for me!

7-4, I think that was it, was such a neat puzzle. So small and compact and yet so satisfying to solve.

I got through 6-3 without too much trouble but I'm kinda hitting a brick wall on the boss, which is weird because up until now all the bosses have been a snap!
It's not like it's confusing, I know exactly what I need to do, but I can't seem to do it. >_>

It's not that it was made easier for us, it's that Japan's game was patched because the difficulty was apparently beyond absurd. Our version of the game is based on theirs post-patch.

When you realize what changes they made to make it "easier" you realize they didn't make it that much easier. They added a "super easy" mode, which has an extra item or something. And they increased the number of lives you get from 1ups on the other difficulties. They didn't change a whole lot else.

Beat the game! Got the true ending, at that.
Loved this game way too much, I'll probably go for 100% if I can manage it by the end of summer. Shouldn't be too bad if I work on getting gold ranks right now, then I can just skip through to get/do everything.
Edit: Kinda crazy to think that a game this good spawned out of them tinkering with the engine that they plan to use for P5. P5's bound to be a mind shatteringly good game. >_>
