Bio's the only one, what's up with that? I sincerely hope you folks aren't thinking of not supporting Atlus. (Btw I'm on the third stage and already this game is getting so much crazier than the demo.)
From: Menji76 | #003 I'm so tempted to get it. Is it truly amazing?
I can't say for sure yet if it's "truly amazing", seeing as I'm a bit too early, but as of right now it's "pretty damn fantastic". That said, it's by the Persona team and it has quite a strong beginning, so I guess we'll see!
GMUN... you're complaining that people are talking about the game at all. Every ****ing topic about the game you have to come in and make a big stink about how you hate it even though you haven't touched it and never will.
Normal is challenging, but the biggest thing is just getting experience looking at the blocks and seeing what to do. If you just start doing stuff randomly, you can easily **** everything up.
So, it can try your patience early on until you get the hang of it.
From: Leebo86 | Posted: 7/26/2011 11:03:35 PM | #019 I'm talking about more than the post in this topic.
and I haven't been posting in Catherine topics in months.
hell, check the other Catherine topics yourself.
once again, did you not read my post? I AM avoiding Catherine topics. But now you guys are posting multiple topics on the same thing just because people aren't discussing it with out.

I've played enough to ID all of the voice actors in this game, and jesus, it's star-studded as hell. No wonder the quality's so high. Laura Bailey, Yuri Lowenthall, Troy Baker, Travis Willingham, Liam Obrien, and Jamieson Price just to name a few.
That he does. I had just finished playing Nier when the demo came out, so I was estatic to find out Catherine would feature both Nier and Grimoire Weiss' voices.
This game looks like a real treat, but I don't have a system to play it on. :P My 360 broke a while back, though I'm gonna see about getting it fixed soon.
Even if it was working, though, I'd wait for a price drop. I virtually never buy games at full price.
-- The Crazy Dave rally thread purged, but it'll be back soon. Message me if you're still interested in being a part of it!
I have no idea what kind of ending I'll get since I've been all over the place with my responses (I pick the stuff I actually believe/would say) but they ere towards the blue bar.
I'm absolutely stuck on Night 6 (Or 5, I forget) stage 2.
-- I like how each new topic you make reveals such varied facets of your idiocy. - foolmo Now this is entertainment!
In hindsight, I can safely say that that was a mistake. I switched to normal; much more enjoyable. I'll probably go back through and do everything on hard eventually, though.
Currently on stage 19 of Rapunzel, which is hard as hell and I love it.

Oh, a big machine with flashy lights. A big machine like that has me written all over it. Well, okay, it doesn't. But give me time... and a crayon --11th Doctor
It's funny how sometimes the first level in a stage will be unforgivably difficult, and then the second is a snap. But I always hate the "chase" levels.
The demo, to my knowledge, doesn't cover any of the bar or stage landing portions where you can walk around and talk to NPCs. Those are really good too.
I think technically you could skip much of them, so they're not necessarily significant in that sense, but the dialogue is always very good, and there are usually choices you can make to influence your "good" or "bad" status.
Plus, there's the Rapunzel arcade game, which is neat.
The personality of the guys at the bar are just as interesting as the mad puzzle action, imo. From my estimation, about 20% of the game time's spent on cutscenes, 30%'s bar time, and about half is puzzle time. Puzzle time varies wildly depending on how many times you retry, however. And I'm probably terrible at estimating. >_>
Also, you don't really want to skip the conversations from what I understand so far (night 6), you want to try to do as many as possible.

6-2 is a real nightmare, holy crap. Got to the checkpoint without too much trouble but I haven't the foggiest how to proceed from here. This is the hardest game I've played in a looooong time.
