Unless starting one of the new maps overwrote it or something? Just got the update through Steam, tried one of the User Levels at random, then went back to the menu to carry on with the proper game, only for it to start from, er, the start.
Is this normal? Whereabouts on my PC should my save file be, I might be able to retrieve it if Windows is feeling kind. -- "I'm Commander Shepard, and you're standing in the biggest library in Citadel Space. Look me up." ... Copied to Clipboard!

It should be in your "My Documents" folder under VVVVVV.
