Bought some JD Tennessee Honey today because I've heard really good things, so I'll be giving that a try. I'm not much of a whiskey person but I felt like I couldn't pass this up.
I'm curious as to what everyone's favorite beer/liquor is, as well as mixed drinks and such.

I don't drink domestic beer anymore unless I'm drinking a lot of them. I'd gladly pay extra for New Castle, Guinness, Hoegarten, Magic Hat, and others.
When I want to get drunk at a club I stick with Whiskey and Diet (sugar tends to upset ones stomach and makes you tired).
Beer: Magic Hat #9 is my go to, but Dogfish Head Squall IPA is my favorite. Liquor: Johnny Walker Blue Label is my favorite, but it's pretty expensive stuff, so I'll usually settle for either JW Black or Chivas Regal and Coke.

You realize Magic Hat is a domestic beer, right? And personally, I think anyone who says they don't like American beer has only tried the macrobrews, there are far too many microbrews around the states to not be able to find one you like.

I'm looking to sell my bottle of JJ&S (Jameson before the name change, back in the hexagonal bottle), apparently it may be worth a few hundred bucks. Looks like this without the italian lettering around the edge:
Also still have half a keg of Switchback in the kegerator, haven't decided what to go for next. First was Long Trail Ale, now Switchback Ale, not sure what next...

I said domestic but I meant the typical domestics like Bud Light, Coors, Miller, etc. My absolute favorite beers are microbrewed.
From: RayDyn | #015 I thought you couldn't drink, Alec. Or is that just what you serve to your friends?
I can't drink. I've got the kegerator in my home bar for parties/visiting friends. It is more efficient and cheaper in the long run than bottles. Also, by all accounts it tastes better, though it's not like I can give a first hand opinion on that.

Any of y'all had a beer from the Great Lakes brewery? They make some of my favorite beers, especially their seasonals. If you can find it, you should get a six pack of Holy Moses White Ale. That's one of their summer seasonals, and it's superb.

Rum and Sunkist is one of my favorite drinks that I'm sure most people haven't tried. As far as beer goes I'll always be a Coors man but Dos Equis isn't bad either.
The aftertaste tastes like syrup, which makes me think of waffles.
So, **** yeah that's great.
As for beer, I'm spending money for imported stuff normally. Only after I've gone through like a 12 pack of something I've brought to a party will I then drink domestic stuff because by then it goes down like water.

I will drink all of the Flying Dog brews. I can't get enough of them. Raging ***** is the best. As for liquor give me a glass of Knob Creek whiskey on the rocks and I'm living large.
Red Stripe makes good beer as well, but my taste for it may be because of how much I drank it in Jamaica. Not a fan of rum so, Red Stripe was pretty much the only thing I was drinking.

Bells Two Hearted is my go to beer when I'm not going cheap. Most things from Bells, Founders, or Dogfish head are pretty great. When I go cheap I go the cheapest which is usually Natty Ice.
For liquor I go straight whiskey or a gin and tonic.
