I liked it but it's definitely his worst show.

It's not bad but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, if that makes sense.

Until the season finales, which I feel harmed the show a bit.

It had a very interesting premise and I felt like it could have been great if they had 2 to 3 more seasons to build the story.

I enjoyed it.

Okay, I disliked it the first time I watched and found it extremely boring, but the second time around was good. Crazy how a year passed and I only remembered two episodes (Epitaph One & the Patton Oswalt episode). It's definitely his weakest series, and there are many top-tier episodes, but it has some great characters and excellent moments. The second season has a lot of ups and downs, but it's generally got some of the best stuff.

Maybe it helps that I've had "Remains" stuck in my head the last few days.

This. There are times where it gets close, but then it takes a few steps back and hits another mediocre bit. But there are quite a few excellent solitary moments or single episode sub-plots that I think it's at least getting through once. The story and characters may not be the best, but the acting's high quality.

Wait, what? Definitely watch it. Due to the cancellation, the story gets sped up during season 2 and it's just high octane goodness from there. I greatly enjoyed it anyway.

I liked the first season a lot, but when they tried to tie up all the loose ends after being cancelled in S2, it just started going too fast without explaining most of what happened. The individual episodes of Dollhouse are good, but the entire premise and plot are just way too far off the reservation for my taste.
