It's super easy to make too! Get a giant, fairly heavy pot, put a little oil (with a high smoke point, think peanut or coconut oil) at the bottom, wait for it to heat up, then put a few kernels in the bottom to find out when it's ready. When they pop, pour the rest of the popcorn in, put a lid on, take it off the heat for 30 seconds to make sure all the kernels are at the same heat, then place it back on until you notice the rate of popping slowing down. Toss it to coat with the remaining oil, then top with salt or whatever else you top it with (I hear Old Bay Seasoning is pretty good, but I prefer sriracha, or just good old fashioned butter and salt), pour into a bowl, and then enjoy. You'll never want microwave crap again.
