I like Actor more than Marry Me so far but they're both good. Music video for Laughing With a Mouth of Blood so good also.

I should listen to her first album sometime.

oh yeah it's good. more jazzy than Actor, which isn't quite a complaint but I like the stuff on Actor more in comparison. she spends a few tracks on Marry Me with that jazz singer voice that I recognize from having guest singers play with our jazz combos in college.

I'm down for some jazz. Have you heard the single from the new album? It's great. Sounds like she's moving away from the structured singer-songwriter stuff on Actor. Always cool to see artists moving out of their comfort zone.
