5 years ago, you never would have expected Mega Man X, a platformer, to do so well against Final Fantasy VI. Today, they're nearly tied.

Is good gaming coming back to the site? Or are people realizing JRPGs are a dying genre and not aging as well as they once did?

This poll basically sucks anyway. Ogre Battle instead of Tactics Ogre? Sword of Mana instead of Seiken Densetsu 3? No Final Fantasy V?

(and yeah, i get that they're keeping things local... still, emulation is so wide-spread, and those japanese games listed are so much better than their international counterparts)

Well, I knew Genesis had Championship Edition, but for some reason, I thought SSF2 was SNES-only.

Man, Capcom has made some stupid decisions with SF in the past. SSF2T a 3DO exclusive and SF3 Dreamcast exclusives?
