That's pretty significant for a first time meeting (for comparison, the first time I met my wife's parents we all went out to dinner in the city - couple hours and it was done). She must be very comfortable around you. Have a nice formal dinner the day she arrives, either at home or somewhere in town. Rest of the time make sure you guys have plenty of "couple time" away from the parental units. While it's nice to meet the 'rents, just remember she's there to spend time with you and meeting family can be stressful, especially if you really like the person.
