By putting it on while the sandwich is being made, or by lifting up a piece of the sandwich, putting on sauce, placing that piece back, and then eating like a normal goddamn person

My wife always takes apart her sandwich and puts it back together when we eat at Panera Bread. She claims they put it together "wrong", i.e., the ingredients are all piled up in one place rather than distributed evenly throughout the sandwich.

I will redistribute the items as I sit fit if they're all just piled up in the middle which they often are. Obviously if I'm making the sandwich myself, I don't have to do this because I position the items the way I want them.
