this was one of the fastest last 400m i've seen on 10 000 meters though

and i watch track and field religiously

fastest when you watch Bekele in the zone I think it was in Osaka where he ran one hell of a final 400 after Tadese tried to kill him for the first 9000m.

i mean i know mo farah is great, and any ethiopian at the world cup is always gonna be good, but they're not bekele class

Bekele class is a guy kinda on his own.

No one really can touch him if he's fit on the track, cross country and 5k he's very beatable but meh.

Every great Kenyan and Ethiopian has tried, no one's ever really managed to get the better of him no matter the strategy, took him being not 100% to lose.

the public tv channel in Sweden, SVT, which has no adverts has been broadcasting every big sport event (athletics world champs, summer and winter olympics, swimming world champs, skiing world champs, football/soccer world champs, etc) for ages now, and it's great, but more and more commercial tv channels are taking over. Next olympics after London will be in a commercial channel. Next athletics world champs as well. Next skiing and biathlon world champs too. It's horrible. Some smaller events have already been covered (like the athletics european champs last year) by commercial channels, and it sucked. I am sad
