It is a nice poll, I went with Resident Evil 4.

FFIV is the only one of that bunch I've put any significant time into, so my choice was kind of easy. I get the feeling I'd have picked Persona 4 if I had played it, though.

I want to say "called it," but that would be obnoxious! It makes sense, though. I don't think MGS games are weak necessarily, but their heyday is long over.
