My vote goes to Jennifer Hale as FemShep (which is apparently what Jennifer sounds like in real life as well).

But apparently some people don't like Ms. Hale's work, so who do those strange, deluded people think sounds better?

Who doesn't like Jennifer Hale? She's pretty much the badass female voice.

Michelle Ruff can sometimes pull a hyper-sexualized version of the badass female voice, but she's usually voicing a bratty teenager or something.

Anyway, I'll agree with The Boss. I honestly don't notice female VAs that much, none of them really stand out. I don't think there's ever been a female voice that made me think holy crap that voice is AMAZING.
